NGH By Ms.Luke Policy NO DEPOSIT NO APPOINTMENT NO EXCEPTIONS!! ALL appointments must be booked online. You MUST be deposit ready when booking. Your appointment will not be approved until your deposit has been received. You have to the end of your “booking day” (the day you booked your appointment on) to pay your deposit. If your deposit isn’t paid within that day your appointment will not be approved and becomes available for the next person in line. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE!!!! Unless NGH Cancel your appointment due to a personal matter. (Sickened, family emergency etc.) Your deposit will be refunded if that’s the case. Rescheduling: NGH Requires a 24 hour notice. Your deposit may be applied to only 1 reschedule. Anytime after that a new deposit will be required. Cancellations: ALL cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. NGH do charge a cancellation fee of 30% and it will be charged to the card on file.  NO Show: you have forfeit your deposit and NGH will be charging you 50% of your total amount. If for any reason I’m unable to charge the card on file it would be added to your next service. And if the problem proceed, you must pay for your services upfront before appointment approval.  Tardy/Late: You have up to 10 minutes to be late. After 10 minutes a $10 late fee will be added to your balance. After 15 minutes NGH will terminate your appointment and you will have to reschedule. If for any reason NGH is unable to charge the card that you have on file. Your future appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. House Calls: there is a travel fee for all house calls unless otherwise discussed between client and stylist. Minimal fee of $20 will be added. Thank you. Sincerely Ms.Luke
